Sensational Samoan siva celebrates language week

We've had so much fun celebrating Vaiaso o le Gagana Samoa – Samoan Language Week.

We kicked off with a fantastic performance by Semisi Fonua and Tyra Nansen at our senior and junior assemblies that would make anyone want to get up and dance. On Thursday, Tzion Manoa and Tyra also treated students at Birkenhead Primary School with a Samoan siva (dance).

Thanks to Tyra, Tzion, and Semisi,and to Mr Manoa for arranging the performances.
